I was asked to review this Hair, Skin and Nails Supplement by 1 Body. I was excited because anything that will potentially help my hair and nails grow stronger, faster and healthier I'm all for. So this product came in a simple box with a bottle inside. The instructions were to take 1 pill a day. So I followed the instructions each day... I may have missed a few in there somewhere... but for the most part I followed them.
In my opinion this product seemed to help my hair grow a little faster and it seemed to help my hair get healthier and stronger which is wonderful because I am trying to grow my hair out and sometimes that makes you hair weak and break easier.
I also noticed that my nails seem to be growing faster and seem to be a lot stronger. Before I had nails that were weak and when they started growing they would flake and break. Now they seem to be very strong. No flaking or breaking which I love.
I would really recommend this product to anyone who needs help growing their hair and nails.
